Poop Scoopin' Crew offers residential and commercial pet waste removal services, including one-time cleanings, weekly, bi-weekly, and seasonal services. Pricing is based on yard size and the number of pets. Additional charges may apply for larger areas or excessive waste accumulation.
Customers must ensure that our team has unobstructed access to the service area on scheduled days. This includes:
- Unlocking gates or providing access codes.
- Ensuring pets are secured if they are aggressive or protective.
- Clearing the yard of excessive debris, tall grass, or snow.
If access is denied or unsafe, the service will be skipped, and the regular fee will still apply. A return visit can be scheduled for an additional $5 fee
Services will continue during light rain or snow. However, in cases of severe weather conditions (e.g., thunderstorms, heavy snowfall, extreme temperatures), services may be postponed. Missed services due to weather will not be refunded, as waste will be collected during the next visit.
Poop Scoopin' Crew observes the following holidays and will not provide services on these days:
- New Year's Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
If your scheduled service falls on a holiday, it will be skipped, and service will resume the
following week. No refunds will be issued for missed holiday services.
- Services are billed monthly in advance, with payments due on the 1st of each month.
- A late fee of $10 will be applied to payments not received by the 3rd of the month.
- If a payment is more than 30 days overdue, services will be suspended until the account is
current.
- One-time cleanings are billed upon completion, with payment due within 24 hours.
- Customers may pause services for up to 30 days. If services are not resumed after this
period, the customer will be removed from the schedule.
- To cancel services, please provide at least 24 hours' notice via email.
- If services are canceled mid-month, no refunds will be issued for the remaining days.
Additional charges may apply for:
- Cleaning and sanitizing decks, patios, or sidewalks: $5 per visit.
- Cleaning areas with rocks or pebbles: $3 per visit.
- Waiting time if our team is delayed due to customer-related issues: $5 per visit.
We collect personal information, including names, addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses, solely for the purpose of providing our services. We do not sell or share your information with third parties, except as required by law.
Poop Scoopin' Crew reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Customers will be notified of significant changes via email or through our website. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
